EARLY SUBMISSION TYPOS!!! PLEASE READ

It has come to my attention that there is a couple of typos in the EARLY SUBMISSION chart on pages 203 and 206 of the Call to Conference. The following is what is to be submitted for each of the listed events (there are no videos associated with these events!!!):
